Factory capabilities
Laser cutting, CNC bending, robot-assisted welding, and multi-stage surface treatment for trailer chassis frames, documented for technical review.

Production flow
Incoming steel is cut on automated laser lines and formed on CNC press brakes. Dedicated welding fixtures hold frame geometry while robots complete repeatable seams.
Frames then pass through multi-stage hot-dip galvanizing and electrostatic powder coating lines, giving consistent corrosion resistance across chassis components.
Quality control
Each batch is verified before it leaves the plant.
Steel stock is verified for dimensions and material records before it enters cutting and forming.
Critical welds are reviewed with ultrasonic testing to confirm joint integrity across chassis frames.
Assembled units are checked for dimensional accuracy and wiring harness continuity before shipment.
